About the event
Each guest will learn the full pasta-making process, from mixing and rolling the dough to shaping and filling the ravioli by hand. We’ll finish the dish with butter-poached lobster, creating a rich, indulgent plate that feels celebratory and special.

This is an intimate, chef-guided cooking experience, not a lecture or demonstration. You’ll be hands-on from start to finish while being guided step-by-step by Chef Prep.

It’s playful, relaxed, and perfect for laughing, learning something new together, and making memories around the table. 2.5hr class starting at 2pm Whether you come with your best friends or join solo and connect with new faces, this session feels like a Galentine’s party with purpose — handmade pasta, lobster, and genuine conversation included.
