For events and experiential services, cancellations made close to the event date may not be eligible for refunds due to secured vendors and resources.

All content created by Cocoa Social — including branding, visuals, marketing materials, and event concepts — remains the intellectual property of Cocoa Social unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our work without permission.
